Midwood Financial Services, Inc. has rapidly grown to become the nation's largest independently owned distributor of financial products and services to banks, regional brokerage firms and independent broker dealers. Founded in 2000, Midwood presently has sales and distribution agreements with over 300 banks, brokerage firms, and independent broker dealers throughout the United States. Midwood's success stems from its ability to continuously match partner firms with the finest product solutions and distribution strategies available in the industry. Midwood's independence provides us the unique ability to review, monitor and evaluate a wide range of products and services and to select the ones that meet stringent criteria for consumer oriented features, benefits and costs.
Utilizing a national team of Regional Sales Directors, Midwood provides unsurpassed support to the sales and marketing efforts of licensed representatives within its client firms. Midwood designs and develops cutting-edge sales and marketing concepts in order to inspire compliant goal setting and achievement. A supporting team of internal Key Account Managers works in tandem with the RSD's to support sales and product administration. Unlike other firms, the Key Account Managers are dedicated to their specific accounts, eliminating confusion and increasing service effectiveness and quality. The National Sales Manager coordinates and directs the efforts of the RSD's and Key Account Managers to meet and exceed the sales targets and business goals of Midwood's partner firms.
In 2005, recognizing the increasing importance of training and education in today's complex regulatory and continuously evolving financial services environment, Midwood established a Training and Education Department. Headed by our Training Director, Midwood promulgates proprietary training modules and related materials specific to the needs of its client financial institutions and brokerage firms. The Marketing Department designs and develops original marketing concepts which are provided as needed to its clients. Working with partner product providers, Midwood seamlessly integrates all marketing layers to support educational and sales goals.
